Boomer Sooner

Sooners beat the Tigers, 26-10! We had a great time at the game, the weather was fantastic and our seats were pretty good. The Sooner fans were out in full stride and the team didn't disappoint us. We got a great ovation from the players and Coach Stoops after the game as they were going into the tunnel on the way to the locker room - that was very classy! So all in all, the four year wait was definately worth it!!

Two days until the OU-Mizzou game!

Bobby and I have been waiting four years for OU to play at Mizzou (University of Missouri - Columbia) and the wait is finally over! We're going to the game on Saturday. Unfortunately the game is at 11:00 am so we have to leave St Louis really early - especially because we want to go to some of the pregame festivities. We'll have to search through all of the Gold to find some Sooner fans in Crimson. (it shouldn't be too hard) So if any of you out there are home Saturday morning, turn the tube to ABC and look for the two fans in red near the 30 yard line - we'll wave at you.

Weekend in Pennsylvania

We had a great visit in PA this weekend. We went shopping at the Grove City Outlets on Thursday, spent the day in Pittsburgh on Friday, visited a great friend Friday night, had a fun bonfire with family & friends Saturday night, and went to a good church service Sunday morning. Can't ask for more than that!

Friday night we went to visit Jodi (my maid of honor) and her husband, Scott. They have a really cute house - we're jealous.
